Evaluate the questions in your mind carefully to search for an answer to your problems. Again, try to clear your mind of all thoughts and continue allowing the body to relax while you rest your eyes.

If you continue to practice relaxation eventually, it will form a habit and allow your mind to rest. During each day of your life, you should add something new to your days. In other words, why not pick a bouquet of flowers and set them at the center of your dining table to add beauty to your life. If you like Teddy Bears, go out a buy an inexpensive stuffed animal to sleep with you at nights and pretend the critter is someone that is holding you and keeping you safe from life’s expectations and challenges.

Each day you notice tension over the entire body take a few moments to exhale and inhale breaths to release the tension. Continue the breathing exercises until you finally feel relaxed enough to continue your day. During break hours you could also take a short walk outdoors and acknowledge the trees, sky, ground and so forth and think of the beauty giving to you, rather than thinking of the suffering that life sometimes bring our way.
